Very good overall experience. Nice hotel in a nice enough area so close to the city centre as well as bus stops. Tidy unit on tea tray. Excellent staff throughout. Very central location, at a short distance from St Simon & st Judes.

Sincerely, it was a nice stay for a short business trip. The location was excellent and marvellous, about 5-minute walk into town. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a fairly nice area. The breakfast was satisfactory, we would stay here again.
The staff we met were really bad.

The room was cheap and spacious, the location was particularly good very central. Moreover, it was short walk to Mallory Park, bus stops to the city centre close by and public transport.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that the basic amenities were in place. The prices were very reasonable, providing great value for money.
